Responsibilities: The Director of Corporate Development, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff / Head of Corporate Strategy, will lead a corporate development function charged with facilitating the execution of M&A, joint ventures or other strategic investments / agreements. Work closely with the Chief of Staff in the execution of IGT’s global corporate development efforts Lead a corporate development function executing M&A, joint venture and investment / agreement transactions aimed at driving corporate–wide growth Manage the entire deal execution process from its inception through its transition to the post–closing integration team Manage research and analysis efforts that drive supportable conclusions Present comprehensive, supportable recommendations to senior management Coordinate with relevant constituents within IGT to perform accurate and thorough due diligence and deal execution Protect interests of IGT by ensuring the negotiated terms of deals are most favorable to the Company Direct and monitor deal process to ensure high quality and timely execution Resolve complex issues that will be encountered by the corporate development team Collaborate with the Business Operations team to help plan and execute a smooth post-closing integration/transition process Supervise the performance and development of corporate development team members Develop a deep understanding of IGT’s core business and the overall gaming industry
